COVID-19 Update

A message to all our customers:

WE ARE BACK!

I hope this finds you and your family safe and well.  As you will all be aware by now the spread of COVID-19 has impacted our lives over the past months and weeks in ways we may never have of imagined. As a result of this on 23rd March 2020 we decided to close all our dealerships in line with government advice and to protect the well-being of all our staff and customers. We thank you for your co-operation with this so far.

Throughout this period we have kept a close eye on the developing government guidance and as such took the decision to re-open our Service departments on an appointment only basis from 18th May 2020. We are currently operating with high levels of hygiene, PPE and social distancing measures in place. We thank everyone who has complied with this so far.

We are pleased to announce that in line with the latest government guidance our sales departments will be re-opening on 1st June 2020.  The safety of our customers and staff remains of upmost importance, therefore we have been working on a plan to ensure that our showrooms are COVID-19 secure.  With the social distancing measures we have introduced we can open our sales departments with confidence. Our friendly sales teams are here to help with any new and used vehicle enquires you may have.

To best manage our showrooms, we will be limiting the number of people in the building at any one time. Consequently, you may be asked to wait outside until a sales executive is available. Alternatively, give us a call in advance and we will arrange a suitable appointment for you. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

The team at Taylors are thrilled to be back in action and look forward to welcoming you back into our showrooms!

Yours sincerely,

Nigel & Tim Taylor
